1. Working bee to focus on setting the hall up ready for the rest of the year/
2. Create an inventory of all items in the hall.
3. Set up designated places for all equipment.
4. Areas needing to be organised
i. Shed on hall
ii. Container
iii. Upstairs QM area
iv. Joey and Cub dens to be converted to craft room and resources room.
v. Venturer and Rover den to become Archive and Leaders area.
vi. Office to be cleaned up and able to be utilized in a better way.
5. Date for working bee – 15th and 16th August from 10:00 to 14:00 both Saturday and Sunday/
6. Archive Room will be worked on from 14:00 to 17:00 on both days for anyone who wants to stay and help.
